This past weekend at the Seattle Coffee Festival marked a defining moment for Triều Đại Coffee.
We came to share a story, not just of coffee, but of culture, heritage, and a commitment to reshaping how Vietnamese coffee is seen in the specialty world.
And you showed up in the most beautiful way.
Ahead of the event, we wrote on our blog about the anticipation, vulnerability, and purpose behind our debut, about what it means to carry the weight of representation with both pride and humility. We came to honor the microfarms of Đà Lạt, the communities preserving these traditions, and the heritage that shapes every cup.
That vision came to life more powerfully than we could have imagined.
A Showcase of Craft
We introduced three new processing profiles { washed, natural, and honey } sourced through partnerships with small farms in the Đà Lạt region.
The feedback was incredible. And inspiring.
Alongside our flagship lineup { Âme Khói, Annam Fleur, and Aube Đà Lạt } these new offerings sparked conversations, curiosity, and admiration.
Triều Đại’s booth quickly became a standout at the festival, not just for the coffee, but for the experience.
Lines formed throughout the day, and many visitors shared their appreciation for the elegance of our branding and the depth of our brews.
It was especially meaningful to hear how many wished they could take a bag home.
And now they can, because our online store is officially live, with Âme Khói as our first available release.
More offerings are coming soon.
To Our Team Behind the Scenes
While the three co-founders were fully engaged with the crowds, pouring, storytelling, and connecting, none of it would have run smoothly without Jupiter and Maria.
Working tirelessly behind the scenes, they kept our canisters full and our bar stocked, ensuring every pour was perfect.
Thank you both for being the quiet strength that powered us through the busiest moments. And offering words of wisdom, suggestions for improvement and being a study force that allowed us to flourish amid the chaos.
What’s Next
Seattle affirmed everything we believe in:
That Vietnamese coffee deserves a seat at the specialty table, not as a novelty, but as a legitimate, complex, and beautiful expression of origin, craft, and people.
We’re more energized than ever to continue this work:
Partnering with farms in Đà Lạt, amplifying their efforts, and sharing their coffees with the world, in a way that protects their legacy and honors where we come from.
To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you.
You’ve become part of our story now.
And we’re just getting started.
With gratitude,
The Triều Đại Coffee Team
